harrypotterbang. It's basically Philosopher's Stone with a girl!Harry, black!Hermione, 11-year-old!Ginny, and other AU elements.

Are you active in any other fandoms? My main fandom is Stargate, both SG-1 and Atlantis. I write SGA fic and SG-1/SGA crossovers, and occasionally make icons and wallpapers. Old standby fandoms include the Buffyverse, Highlander, Star Trek (especially DS9), The West Wing, and Bruce Timm's DC Animated Universe. Also watching Castle, Leverage, White Collar, and Sherlock (BBC)... or I would if they weren't on hiatus.

Anything else you'd like to say? I'm coming into HP fandom very late, but I hope to connect with HP fans who are still having fun with the books and the fandom. I love dissecting canon and discussing meta! Posts are tagged harry+potter.

Anything else you'd like to say? I'm not opposed to being friends with people who dislike my favorite characters and/or ships. In general, it's hard to find one person who likes exactly the same as another (I may love both Harry/Ginny and Ichigo/Orihime, but you might love Ichigo/Orihime and loathe Harry/Ginny). It'd be lovely if all my friends liked what I like, but it can't always happen that way, so I'm not bothered when it doesn't. I will say that, if you happen to bash my faves, be respectful and put me on a filter that doesn't include the bashing (intellectual discussion about likes/dislikes =/= bashing).

In the same(ish) vein, you may notice that I don't have many slash or femme slash ships listed up there in my faves. It's true that I'm not a big fan, but I don't have a problem with others enjoying slash and femme slash; both are just as valid as het (which means het is just as valid as slash and femme slash, btw).
